About the Author
John E.C. Cooper is a teacher, writer and senior communications manager with more than 30 years’ experience as a professional communicator. The author of seven books, he has taught at Centennial College and Durham College and has conducted numerous workshops on topics ranging from corporation communications to racial diversity in the workplace.
