About the Author

During his long career, the late Les McIlroy sold everything from Tide detergent to oil and the federal government. He held top jobs at top organizations: Procter & Gamble, Ogilvy & Mather, Bristol-Myers, and Bushnell Communications. In addition, he was chief of staff to federal cabinet ministers and a lecturer at some of the best Canadian universities.

Jennifer McIlroy serves in a number of roles at Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario, including Lead, Applied Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, as well as being a program and project coordinator and faculty member. She also runs her own consulting company.
